Top most highly polluted cities in the world

The world's most polluted cities are concentrated in South Asia, particularly in India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, followed by China. These cities face extremely high levels of PM2.5 particulate pollution, often exceeding safe limits defined by the World Health Organization (WHO). Key Insights: India Dominates Pollution Rankings : Among the top 100 polluted cities globally, 39 are in India. Key cities like Delhi, Ghaziabad, Bulandshahr, and Noida frequently experience PM2.5 levels far beyond acceptable limits. Delhi, for instance, often records an Air Quality Index (AQI) above 500 during winters. Neighboring Countries : Pakistan and Bangladesh also face severe air pollution, with Lahore (Pakistan) frequently topping the global charts for the worst air quality. China’s Progress : While China is second in the number of polluted cities (30 out of 100), its efforts to mitigate pollution, including policies on renewable energy and urban planning, have led to a significant improvement in ...

Proposal for Solar-Integrated Residential Lighting Systems to Develop Green Buildings in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

Objective: To enhance the utilization of solar energy in residential lighting systems and promote the adoption of green building principles for homes in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, leading to more energy-efficient and sustainable living environments. 1. India's Power for All Mission

What is Power for All ? (in simple terms) The "Power for All" initiative in India aims to provide reliable electricity access to every citizen, focusing on fulfilling basic needs and enhancing quality of life. India has been significantly expanding its transmission and distribution (T&D) infrastructure to achieve this, aiming to reach even the most remote regions, regardless of challenging geographical conditions. This includes overcoming hurdles such as mountainous terrain, dense forests, and scattered rural settlements, which require innovative engineering solutions and substantial investments. The program emphasizes both strengthening the grid and integrating renewable energy sources to ensure sustainable, universal electricity access. Introduction The "Power for All" initiative in India is a transformative mission aimed at ensuring that every household in the country has access to reliable electricity. This initiative not only seeks to fulfill the fundamenta...

Concept of developing the water gel technology

Water is available in liquid form which has its own properties and features. Based on its properties we are developing the new technology for its complete usage. Water is used for drinking and for the development of the propulsion system for the rockets. For fire safety, we have to develop a technology that should be environmentally friendly (free from chemicals) and should be capable enough to control fire from fire accidents. We are trying to develop a water gel-type material which can be able to convert liquid water to gel form and able to compress water in huge quantities into a small space. When the water gel is in contact with air depending upon the amount of water gel is in contact with air the gel is converted into water. The complete system can be installed on the top of the trains which are small compressed units that are fixed where the fire safety priority is more. DENSITY OF LIQUIDS T he density of over 150 different liquids are listed below. While the data is useful f...
