What is Vertical Farming ?

Vertical farming is a method of growing crops in vertically stacked layers or structures. It often incorporates controlled-environment agriculture (CEA) technology to optimize plant growth, and soilless farming techniques like hydroponics, aeroponics, or aquaponics. Vertical farming is designed to use less water, space, and energy compared to traditional farming, making it more sustainable and suitable for urban areas. Why are Farmers Important but Given the Least Priority? Farmers play a critical role in ensuring food security and sustaining the economy.
