Weather safety precautions are to be taken for the manpower and public in the hot summers and the impact is gradually increasing due to the climate change issues. please find some of the key aspects of weather safety precautions that are necessary to one and all: Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids; drink about 500 ml before starting and 200 to 250 ml every 15 or 20 minutes. Avoid dehydrating liquids.  coffee, tea, and caffeinated soft drinks can hurt more than help. Wear protective clothing.  Lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing helps protect against heat. Change clothing if it gets completely saturated. Schedule Outdoor Activities Carefully:  Try to limit your outdoor activity to when it’s coolest i.e. morning and evening hours. Rest often in shady areas so that your body has a chance to recover.
