List of Legal Register required for a Renewable Energy Company



As per the Indian rules and regulations, any renewable energy company is mandatory to maintain the following list of legal registers, Misprovision and has to be updated with the amendments as per the Integrated Management System (IMS) under ISO standards.

  5. Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989
  6. Public Liability Insurance Act
  7. Water Cess Act
  8. Indian Electricity Act 2003
  9. Noise Pollution Rules
  10. Child Labour Act
  11. Contract Labour Act
  12. Employee Provident Fund and Mis provision Act
  13. Equal Remunerations Act 1976
  14. Income Tax Act
  15. Payment of Gratuity Act
  16. Trade Union Act
  17. Minimum Wages Act
  18. Payment of Wages Act
  19. Employees Compensation Act
  20. Industrial Disputes Act
  21. Weekly Holiday Act
  22. E-waste Rules
  23. Energy Conservation Act 2001
  24. Battery Management Rules
  25. Plastic Waste Rules
  26. Water Preservation and Control of Pollution Act
  27. Gas Cylinder Rules
  28. Bio-Medical Waste Rules

If the legal register is not maintained well on an annual basis, the ISO certification will be cancelled for a tenure.
